That sounds great! And confirming attendees closer to the date will be just fine - I just want to be sure I plan the meeting space accordingly.
Thanks so much,
Katie

Confirmed for 10 AM. We will likely have 4 people in attendance given the importance of the topic. Can I confirm with you closer to the day on the number of people? Also looping in our Advance team for security questions they might have. Sent from my iPhone On Jul 12, 2017, at 1:08 PM, Pauly, Katie (GOV) <katic.pauly@statc.mn.us> wrote:
Really sorry we keep missing each other. I am pretty settled in at the airport and available until about 2:00 pm ET so feel free to call when you get a chance if needed. I'll also be available any time after my flight at around 5:00 pm ET.
Both the Governor and Commissioner Stine can be available to meet with the Administrator at the Governor's Office in the Minnesota State Capitol on Wednesday, July 19 at 10:00 am. Can this still work on your end?
How many people will be attending with the Administrator?
Please let me know what other information you may need from me.
Best,
Katie

Hi Katie,
To followup on our conversation, included on this email is Tate Bennett who handles intergovernmental for Admin. Pruitt.
*Tate -- Gov. Dayton's team reached out to someone on the EPA team to try to get a meeting set up between the Governor and Admin. Pruitt early this week while Gov. Dayton is in DC (before heading to Rhode Island for NGA meetings. Can you coordinate with her to see if there might be a time available or if not, schedule a call sometime in near future? Katie's cell is 202-870-9359.
