Dear Mr. Benoit: I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Port of Lake Charles on April 19, 2024, included a visit to your facility at 821 Henry Pugh Blvd evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the April 2024 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required.
