This resignation is occasioned by the fact that Joe's pre assignments here are quire far afield from the affairs of the Committee. On the contrary, if it meets with your approval and the approval of General Decker and the Board of Directors, we would very much like to have Mr. Bruce T. McMillan, Director of Planning for our Plastics Division, whose technical background and experience with FDA matters may be of special value to die Committee, replace Mr. Becker.
