Murdock SUBJECT: TML Medical Report ADDRESS: New York ADDRESS: New York DATE: April 22, i960 Following the discussion with Dr. Kehoe and our management yesterday, the following policy was agreed upon in connection with distribution of the medical report from the Kettering laboratory entitled "An Investigation of the Potential Hazards of Exposure to Lead Associated With the Handling and Use of Gasoline Containing An Antiknock Fluid in Which Tetramethyl Lead is Substituted for Tetraethyl Lead:" 1. All requests from customers for copies of this report will be cleared through M. P. Murdock's office. 2. All such requests will be referred to Dr. Kehoe in Cincinnati and he will forward copies of the report as requested unless he has some objection. 3* If Dr. Kehoe has reasons for withholding the report, he will promptly advise us here in New York, and in addition he will supply us with a list of those to whom reports are sent. 4. We will try wherever possible to steer these requests through the medical department of our customer companies and every effort will be made to hold down the distribution of the report to a minimum.
