Lenington advised that a subject company, had just called him stating he thougn^n^iad been exposed to a form of `'Ethyl11 fluid. Mr. been working around a plug valve which tied into a blending tank. This valve had not been lubricated for quite some time, and there was a leakage at the point where the plug lubricant was intoduced. Apparently this gentleman got some of the accum ulated deposit on his hands, then rubbed his hands on his face. It caused severe local irritation for a short time. After work he undoubtedly became quite scared and called on Mr. Lenington to ex plain what happened. At the time Mr, Huckaby called, he claimed he felt good, and that he had washed his hands and face very thoroughly. Following your advice, Mr* Lenington will call Mr. Fred Gillum^ Assistant Plant Manager, asking him to tactfully observe Mr. in order to make certain that he is 0,K. Mr. Lenington will b'e'in" the area to replace the leaking plug valve shortly.
