Many thanks for our productive discussion. The following are the key next steps mentioned: 1) Coordinate with the Office of Water, Finance Center team regarding participation in our event on mobilizing private capital, scheduled for June 28th at the Chamber (draft agenda attached). 2) Explore ways the Chamber can assist in developing a pipeline of potential WIFIA projects - bundling small communities, bringing private investment, aligning federal and philanthropic funding, etc. 3) Engage the new USEPA working group team (Anna and Owen) on nutrients, water quality trading to discuss how the Chamber and our members can be supportive. 4) Pursue various approaches to regulatory challenges related to the Clean Water Act, including the "Waters of the United States" and conduit theory issues. 5) Follow-up on other issues of interest including affordability, technology innovation, permit streamlining, water reuse, etc. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
