In accordance with Article 69(4) of REACH, the Committees for Risk Assessment and Socio-economic Analysis have carried out a check of whether the dossier is in conformity with the requirements of Annex XV of the REACH Regulation. Both Committees came to the conclusion that your Annex XV dossier is in conformity. Please find attached the conformity check report by the Committees. The recommendations by both Committees will follow in June 2023. As a next step of the procedure, your Annex XV report will be placed on ECHA's website for third-party consultation according to Article 69(6) of REACH. ECHA recommends that during the consultation you take note of the comments received.
