Dear Dr. Kehoe:
Thank you for your letter of April 2, 1971. Your bill has been sent forward for payment and when such payment is re ceived by me I will transmit it to you.
I appreciate your comments and I do agree with what you say. The jury found no negligence in the operation, but did find a nuisance existed. They found there was no depreciation in the land value, but did find $10,000.00 for damage for per sonal inconvenience and annoyance, etc. We plan to pay the judgment.
I want to express again to you my gratitude for the considera tion you gave in this case and for agreeing to come and let the jury have the benefit of your very great experience.
Mrs. Elliott wishes me to also tender to you her regards. One of the compensating rewards that we trial lawyers have is meeting personalities and great professional people like yourself.
Sincerely yours,
ELLIOTT & NALL
