I certainly do understand (about the whirlwind). Really too bad about the weekend. My plans have me coming in Saturday and leaving Sunday, so Friday or Monday won't work unfortunately.
I have fewer reasons to go to Washington these days, so no further trips planned, but I'll keep my eye out for opportunities. I'd also be happy to chat on the phone, Bill, if you feel that would be useful.

Hi Bill, and congratulations on your appointment. There are only a few (very lucky) people who understand just what an honor and opportunity it is to be AA for OAR. I'm actually going to be in DC the weekend of 12/16-17, and would be glad to get together if you have some time over the weekend. Are there times that work for you then?
