Section 21S.347 . Compliance Plan
a) The owner or operator of an emission source subject to Section 215.146(a) or (b) shall submit to the Agency a compliance plan, no
later than December II, 1984..
b) The owner or operator of an emission source subject to Section 21$. 146(c) shall submit a compliance plan within 90 da/s after the date of redesignation, but In no case later than OeceoberSI. 1986.
d) A capture system-Is used -in conjunction with any of the emission control systems In subsection. (c)>- The deslgn and operation of

a) The volatile fraction of Ink as It is applied to the substrate contains 25 percent or less by volume of-organic solvent and'75 percent or more by volume of water; or
