One tankcar Is presently on its way to Apple Grove. It is the largest tankcar we have in our fleet and carries between 86-8800 gallons of material. A tsnktruck is scheduledfor early October dolivery (5700 gallons). You had anticipated the tankcar shipment at 10,000 gallons, but as you can see, this willbe off by 12-1400 gallons. Because of this we will make availableanother tanktruck shipment if you so desire. As we discussed, we prefer to hold off until October 7, 1972, regard ing the docislon to trip lease a tankcar to be held on the Apple Grove plant site after the current agreement ends. We feel by that date the strike picture might be clearer and enable us to reach agreement on the actual conversion date to Therminol 66. According to Apple Grove porsonnel, approximately eight weeks will be needed for the installation of dump tanks and flTo prevention equipment.
