The question raised is whether or not lead present in the amounts of ICO parts per billion is considered leaded gaso line and whether a tank handling such material would he con sidered a leaded gasoline tank. vie can say, quick like, the answer is definitely "Ho". However this ia not the entire problem. We cannot visualise continual tests being ran on gasoline to determine trace amounts of'lead whereby a line could be drawn as to what is a leaded tank and what is not. As a practical solution, we feel that any tank known to have contained leaded gasoline (of any aaount) should, be considered a leaded gasoline tank and should be so handled. I Instances such as you raise are so rare that v.e feel a special policy is unnecessary.
