I was writing to follow up and 1) thank you for the call with Mr. Gerard last week, I heard it went very well and was curious if there was any feedback if Administrator Pruitt had a chance to connect with Secretary Ross yet. And 2) we understand that USTR is circulating a weakened ISDS provision in hopes to get interagency prior to this next round of negotiations taking place here in DC (well, Crystal City).
