Concentrations of PFOS were determined by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography using a Hewlett-Packard Model 1100 High PerformanceLiquidChromatogrph (HPLC) with PerkinElmer API 3000LC Mass Spesromete quipped with Perkin-ElmerTurbalonSpray on source.
