As a result of the settlement, Hubbard's widow has executed a release to Orange State Oil Company, Ethyl Gasoline Corporation and any and all other persons interested, from a n ^ y ^ b l l i t v ^ r i s i n g from the death of her husband, Her claim before the Florida Industrial Commission has been withdrawn and a mutual release effected between Orange State Oil Company, Maryland C a s u a ^ v ^ o m p a n y ^BIPand Ethyl Gasoline Corporation. Mrs. at torney has subscribed his written approval to the release. Of the $4-,000 paid, M r s . 4 H | B ^ | received $3,500 and her attorney $500. Everyone seems to be satisfied with this settlement and relations very friendly between the representatives of the Maryland Casualty, Orange State and Ethyl. i. While I was in Miami, I made inquiries as to whether or not anything had been heard from any other person^ involved in the tank cleaning.
