the death of her husband,
Her
claim before the Florida Industrial Commission has
been withdrawn and a mutual release effected between
Orange State Oil Company, Maryland C a s u a ^ v ^ o m p a n y

Everyone seems to be satisfied with this settlement and relations very friendly between the representatives of the Maryland Casualty, Orange State and Ethyl.

While I was in Miami, I made inquiries as to whether or not anything had been heard from any other person^ involved in the tank cleaning. I was told that nothing had been heard and that they did not ex pect any other action in this connection.
