Governor Mitchell and the Tesuque delegation would like to discuss a few issues including (Aamost will not be discussed at this time need Alan Mikkelsen to be present) Implementation of the Aamodt Water Settlement and concerns that BOR is scaling back the project for the regional tribal water system; 2.) The need to protect Chaco Canyon, 3.) Tribal law enforcement needs; and 4.) The Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). They are available to meet on Thursday, November 16th at 11:00 am, if possible however, we are relatively flexible on that day at the moment if any particular time works better for Mr. Cason. As a coordinating courtesy notice, the Pueblo will also be submitting a request to the Office of the Acting Assistant Secretary Indian Affairs, John Tahsuda, as well.
