Governor Scott Appoints Cynthia Sullivan Oster to the Hillsborough County Court
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Cynthia Sullivan Oster to the Hillsborough County Court.
Oster, 47, of Tampa, is currently a Senior Assistant County Attorney for Hillsborough County. She was previously an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, and an Assistant Public Defender for the Tenth Judicial Circuit. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. Oster fills the vacancy created by the appointment of Judge Jennifer X. Gabbard to the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court.
