Y. The meeting will immediately follow a joint luncheon of Directors of L.I.A. and the American Zinc Institute, Inc., to be held on the mezzanine floor of Les Champs Restaurant, 25 East 40th St., between Madison and Park Aves. If you have not already done so, please notify us whether you expect to be present at the luncheon. 1. Approval of minutes of previous meeting (April 21, 1964). 2. Consideration of research budget for 1965 (to be sent directly by the Director of International. Lead Zinc Research Organization). 3. Consideration of L.I.A. Budget for 1965 (to be sent immediately follow ing the Industry Development Committee meeting on December 8, 1964). 4. Report of Clean Air Act and air pollution situation generally, with relation to lead and certain lead products. 5. Report of review of accounting procedures and financial reports. 6. Report of vacancy on Board created by retirement of C. G. Rice as presi dent of United States Smelting Refining and Mining Co. 7* Approval of President's appointments to Nominating Committees for Directors and for Officers at the next annual meeting. 8.
