Process Description: Buckeye Terminals, LLC - Cuyahoga is a bulk storage terminal located on the Cuyahoga River in Cuyaho.ga Heights, Ohio. They receive petroleum liquids by truck and store them onsite until they are sent offby either truck. The facility has a vapor recovery unit that turns on during loading and routes displaces emissions from the truck to the subgrade tank. The Bulk storage tanks all have a capacity of over 500,000 gallons and have floating roof tanks. TOUR INFORMATION EPA toured the facility: Yes Data Collected and Observations: EPA used a FLIR Camera to observe a leaking vent on top of Tank 1.
