The document referred to in the introduction section of Exhibit 1118, i .e ., the "Report Summarizing the Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Pollution Problems from the Known the Available Information to Date", issued by the "Ad Hoc" Committee of Messrs. Farrah, Hodges, John, Richard and Taylor; and 2. The report prepared by Kelly, Wheeler, Bergen, and Springate which was presented to the top select Monsanto committee comprised, in part, of its Chairman of the Board and its general counsel, that contained eight to twelve recommendations in handling the PCB pollution problems, and that were testified to on July 12, 1993 by Bill Papageorge in a Rule 30(b)(6) deposition on Monsanto sales to other vendees.
