Good morning Ms. Hale,
Approximately 50-60 Oklahoma Farm Bureau members will be visiting DC on a Congressional Action Tour March 28 through March 31; and we would love to set a time to meet up with EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt, as we already have a wonderful previously existing relationship with him from his time spent as Oklahoma Attorney General. The best day/time for us would be any time before 3 p.m. on March 29. Please let me know, at your earliest convenience, if Mr. Pruitt has any potential availability during that timeframe; and we can work to get something scheduled.
What we need:
YES or NO on proposed day (March 29) Exact beginning and ending time for meet up (any time before 3 p.m.) Location
If we can get this scheduled with Mr. Pruitt, our Communications Department is also wanting to know if he would also be willing to participate in a short video interview during our meet up time. No special location is required - simply whatever location may be available for our entire group during the meet up. We only ask, because we have ran into some video restrictions regarding some of our other meet ups with Congressmen and Senators.
