The pensioner program was imple mented May, 1981. Both programs have been well received and we anticipate they will provide a valuable contribution to our occupa tional medicine program. However, our data base thus far inadequate in terms of the number of employees and pensioners examined and the results of x-ray and pulmonary evaluation.
