Hope you're well. Wanted to check in and see if you have a few minutes tomorrow to talk about the original request we had when Bloom Energy came in to discuss with you our request for a manufacturing process unit exemption (MPU) under RCRA.
Thanks and if tomorrow doesn't work, let me know if you have time early next week. Shawn Soderberg is very interested in getting a meeting with you, but prior to that wanted to get your thoughts before I submit a formal meeting request.

Thank you again for meeting with Shawn Soderberg and Paul Wilkins from Bloom Energy, Ken Kastner from Hogan and me a few weeks ago to discuss both the current status of our request for concurrence and the MPU position issued by EPA in October. If you have any insight into timing of a response or the current status of the review, I know it would be a huge relief to Bloom, who are continually worried about where things stand.
