BESTWALL JOINT SYSTEM COMPOUND This is an easy mixing plasticized compound, used for beddi^^ and topping Bestwall Tape and for spotting nail heads. Also forms a strong, durable bond between layers of gypsum wallboard, in two-ply laminated con struction. The compound, a dry powder, is easily mixed with water. Shrinkage is low. Easy and economical to use, Bestwall Joint System Compound also has good shearing and feathering properties and good water resistance, it can be applied using standard hand tools or mechanical applicators such as Ames Tools. Packaging: In Bags --25 lb., and in 18 lb. with a 250' roll of Bestwall Tape. In Cases packed 6 per carton -- 5 lb.; 4 lb. with 60' roll of Bestwall Tape; or 4 lb. with 60' roll of Bestwall * Tape and plastic knife. Coverage: 60 lbs. of compound per 1,000 sq. ft, of wallboard.
