This reclamation work will start October 4, 1983. The pipe is insulated with friable asbestos insulation, so insulation will be removed as the first step, and landfill in the designated asbestos landfill located on the plant site. All precautions, outlined in 40 CFR 61.20-61.25, will be observed. This letter will serve as a notification of this work, as required by 40 CFR 61.22 (d) (2).- The attached data sheet lists all the pertinent data.
