On March 21, 2024, the Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 Air Enforcement Branch conducted an inspection of Meyer's Towing Inc. facility located in Lake Wales, Florida. We have enclosed the final inspection report generated for this inspection (Enclosure A).
The EPA previously sent Meyer's Towing Inc. a copy of the draft inspection report in an email dated May 7, 2024, allowing Meyer's Towing Inc. the opportunity to make any comments on the report and to claim any information contained in the report as confidential business information (CBI). In a call on May 16, 2024, Meyer's Towing Inc. notified the EPA that the company does not wish to claim any part of the inspection report as CBI.
