Gentlemen:
,
Enclosed is a revised Exhibit B, effective January 1, 1976, for our sales agreement originally dated August 11, 1972. This confirms my teletype message sent to you on October 27, 1975.
Please note that newly-installed equipment has permitted us to density the SX-24, thereby increasing pallet and container loadings. This should reduce your freight costs by 5 - 10%.
Please indicate your receipt and acceptance of the revised Exhibit B by signing and returning the enclosed copy of this letter.
Very truly yours,
