Through the recent newsletter I've now been sent to 5 or 6 links to find the Eliminated Programs for the next budget, only to be circled back around to the first link w ithout learning anything. It's awfully difficult to find or I wouldn't resort to emailing. Can you please assist, without just providing another link that provides another link that links back to the first link?
