Unfortunately the paper was rather long and it was not possible to provide mimeographed copies. Therefore I r e sorted to copies of the summary and conclusions only;. I did not see you at the meeting and I have no way of telling whether you received even that much of the paper. However, considering your interest in the subject, I am sending you herewith a carbon copy of the paper together with the tables and the cuts. In as much, as I have only one remaining copy, I would appreciate it If you would return the manuscript to me when It has served your purpose. If you wish to have it copied for your own use, I have no objection. However, the paper will appear in the Journal of Industrial Hygiene In November and for that reason no use should be made"" of it except for your own information. You will note that the data have been very greatly abbreviated In the presentation. 6 the?? aspects of these data will be presented in a subsequent paper'in which I shall discuss a number of physiological points that have arisen in the work.. Other phases of the matter are under further Investi gation so that any further papers based on these studies will be delayed for some time. I think you will find some of the facta in the paper to be^of considerable interest -2 both from a practical point of view as well as a physiological one.
