1. Aberdeen received a letter from the State of Mississippi listing three modifications needed In financial assurance documents for hazardous waste facilities. We have 30 days to make the changes. The Plant is working with Legal & Insurance to resolve.
2. The LC VCM Plant has been notified by EPA it will undergo an inspection of their laboratory practices and procedures within three months. EPA will provide a weeks notice before visiting the Plant.
3. Aberdeen has had two emergency vcm releases in the past week.
