By now you should have received the attached invitation for the Western Caucus Foundation's June Colorado Western Energy Forum trip.
Know your rules are slightly different but below is what I sent to House staff.
We'd love to have representation from the agency at the Colorado Energy Forum if possible.

Western Caucus Foundation June Colorado Trip | Evening of Thursday, June 28th - Friday, June 29th Featuring a tour of a natural gas drilling site and an energy forum with Chairmen Daines and Gosar as well as Reps. Please book flights to Denver and a hotel at the Doubletree in the Denver Tech Center ASAP. Ask for the Western Caucus hotel rate @$159 (Call Darrell of Amy if you have issues.)
You can use your office MRA for the hotel and flights. Other allowable expense will be covered by the Foundation.

*Note: The Foundation is in the process of moving and rescheduling the 3-day August Montana Trip. More info soon. (The dates had to be moved as a result of Leader McConnell's announcement pertaining to the Senate August schedule).
