All Special Medical Examiners: Beginning April 1st, 1933, fees, for special examinations ordered by the Commission will be limited to $i!5,00, and are not subject to the 20% reduction recently ordered by the Industrial Commission of Ohio. If for some good rea son, the fee exceeds $15.00, the entire fee is subject to the 20% cut. Fees for X-rays are not subject to the 20% cut, but will be approved as follows: Fingers and toes $5.00 All other parts, except as noted below 10.00 $25.00 for complete examination of the G. I. tract - $15.00 for complete X-ray of skull (not less than two views in different directions) - $15.00 for pyelograms and 50% ex tra for stereoscopic negatives when authorized. For review of entire claim file, a fee of $5.00 will be approved when such review is requested in writing. The necessity for these reductions is regretted, and I hope you will be willing to continue your cooperation with the Commission at the rates shown.
