Er is simultaanvertaling NL-F voorzien. Indien mogelijk, waarderen de leden het indien u hen in hun eigen landstaal zou antwoorden bij de Q&A. Maar dat is zeker geen verplichting, gezien de simultaanvertaling. Het Engels is enkel voor de buitenlandse sprekers die het NL of het F niet machtig zijn. 3 U mag een tweede expert meebrengen. Maar u wordt dan wel gevraagd voor de inleidende uiteenzetting de u toegemeten spreektijd te verdelen. Kan u ons de naam van deze persoon meedelen ? Dan voeg ik de naam toe op de commissieagenda. Verder heb ik nog 2 praktische vragen in verband met deze hoorzitting: - Welke taal geniet de voorkeur voor de presentatie en de tekst? Kan dit in het Nederlands of is er dan ook een Franse versie nodig? Of heeft men liever dat de presentatie en de tekst in het Engels voorzien worden? Is het nog mogelijk dat een tweede persoon van de FOD VVVL aanwezig is op de hoorzitting? Het lijkt ons namelijk aangewezen dat er ook een expert van Voedselveiligheid aanwezig is om eventuele vragen betreffende de voedselcontactmaterialen wetgeving te beantwoorden. You will find the text of this proposal in attachment to this email (unfortunately only available in French and in Dutch). After having taken notice of the activities of the Danish Consumer Council (see document in attachment), the members of the committee have decided to organize a hearing and have expressed the desire to learn more about the Danish regulation on the matter and would like You or another representative of the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration to share your views with the committee on this proposal and on the topic of PFAS in food packaging in general.
