Julius Nemeth Doug Wood January 7, 1975 Dear Doug: Juat a note to Inquire as to whether you have had any further comment or ruling from OSHA on the question that was brought up regarding a physical or a release from a physical bn discharge or layoff of plant personnel. It was not required at our Toms River plant because the people involved had their physicals as recently as August. This brought up the question as to whether or not there had been any specific cutoff date specified for future reference so Chat we know for our own records after what time period following a physical such additional physicals must he offered snd/or releases obtained In the event of future layoffs or dis charges.
