NEW UNPAINTED SURFACES--On unpainted walls make sure that all water re sulting from washing has dried out. For first coat apply Interior Base Coat. Allow to dry overnight then apply a mixture, of one-half Interior Finish Gloss and one-half Interior Base Coat.
