Also that if asbestos waste is required to be transported in sealed containers, would not the same apply to millboard on an open skid. They were thinking that perhaps a plastic wrap is needed which would protect the product in transit as well as in storage. Perhaps L. L. Rosebrugh should consider this. MICH08934
