Hollingsworth - Wilmington Regarding your 3/19/74 memo. I have attached a copy of my 2/8/74 report to Mr. Hollingsworth. I believe this outlines my feelings on this matter. My suggestion would be that we purchase several approved test pumps and pass them around from plant to plant for dust sample purposes. We should set up one central point where some one can do the actual asbestos count. The test results would of course be only of value to ourselves and to comply with the OSHA self monitoring program. They, OSHA, will not take any tests other than their own as proof of compliance.
