This reclamation work will start August 28, 1981. The pipe and vessel are insulated with friable asbestos insulation, so te insulation will, be removed as the first step, and landfilled in the designated asbestos landfill located on the plant site. All precautions outlined in : 40 CFR 61.20-61.25 will be observed. ^ This letter will serve as a notification of this work, as required by 40 CFR 61.22 (d) (2).
