Sorry for the delay, I was trying to make this work, but unfortunately can't with Kevin's schedule. He needs to fly out that afternoon. Are there any openings in the Administrator's schedule on the 17th that would work? I can move our schedule around for any time after 10:30 AM.
Thursday, we are free anytime before 11:00 AM.
Sorry again for all the hassle, it's usually not this hard...

Thanks for the response. I'm working with his executive scheduler now to see if we can make this work. He has to fly out of DC that afternoon for another meeting so I'm seeing how much wiggle room he has on his departure. I will let you know shortly.
