We are installing on the outlet of the reactor a three inch valve. This project does not include any of the transfer pipe from the reactor to any other piece of equipment. It was the original intent to drop the reactor contents into drums and wheel them over to the centrifuge in the other Pilot Plant building. Please advise what project will be installing this piping so that there will be no OSHA violations (G.C. Alarms) or any EPA emissions from this operation.
