SALES AGENCY AGREEMENT
This agreement made at Cleveland, Ohio this lth day of March 1952 by and between the GLIDDEN COtfPANT OF CLEVELAND, OHIO, heftlftafter called the company} and MR. H.ft. 11AMHERG, 7273 MARYLAND AVENUE, ST. LOUIS 5, MO. hereinafter called the Agent.
The company horeby grants authority to the agent to solicit crdera for and to Bell its products manufactured by its liUSTON LEAP DIVISION, SCRANTON, PENNSYLVANIA under the.terns and conditions hereinafter defined. The nature of the products and euoh considerations ae territory, accounts, prioes and p ( terms of sale may be changod by the company at any time by written notice to the agent.

This agreerwnt shall be for a period of one year from the date here of and continuous thereafter, provided, however, that either party may at any time terminate it upon thirty (30) days* written notice to the other. In the event of termination the agent agrees to re turn to the company all price lists, catalogues, and other writton or printed data and instructions that were furnished by the company.
