Quarterly Inspections Reviewed status of quarterly inspections; reassigned one from Hancock to Stone (Zone D). All will be completed next week. Nine completed of 13. 2. Inspection Reports Holmes reviewed follow-up of ten Inventigation Reports (accidents/nearmisses). Excellent response. Found no occurrence of 'no action' on a designated responsibility. All personnel contacted knew current status of their responsibility resulting from the investigation. This system is working. General Superintendents need to be sure actions are completed. Follow-up of Investigation Reports will be conducted quarterly. 3. Survey Stone completed survey of Laborers, Trucking, Stores. Not complete on Janitors. 4. P-Bulletins Again, recommend separate green binder for safety P-Bulletins. 5. SHAC Action Plan - Hammon Reviewed format and list. Unit/Craft people overall do not understand their responsibilities as a Unit/Craft Safety Member. B. Supervisory people also do not know what the U/C responsibilities are. C. Therefore, need to improve training of U/C Members regarding their responsibilities. D. More effective and active in operating units rather th*?n small confined groups where communication and contact is constant. E. Need guidelines for use of monitoring and answering Safety Log Books, F. Are Unit/Craft Members promoting safety? 7. Armored for Safety Kos will review with SAC Tuesday, 4/13/82, 8. Portable Buildings Want SHAC to critique re-justification (need) of portable buildings, SHAC request will be issued. 9.
