1. Quarterly Inspections
Reviewed status of quarterly inspections; reassigned one from Hancock to Stone (Zone D). All will be completed next week. Nine completed of 13.
2. Inspection Reports
Holmes reviewed follow-up of ten Inventigation Reports (accidents/nearmisses). Excellent response. Found no occurrence of 'no action' on a designated responsibility. All personnel contacted knew current status of their responsibility resulting from the investigation. This system is working. General Superintendents need to be sure actions are completed.
Follow-up of Investigation Reports will be conducted quarterly.
3. Survey
Stone completed survey of Laborers, Trucking, Stores. Not complete on Janitors.
4. P-Bulletins
Again, recommend separate green binder for safety P-Bulletins.
5. SHAC Action Plan - Hammon
