Houston sales indicates PVC will be sold out in March and will be under sold during the 2nd quarter. This includes approximately 6MM lbs. per month of export shipments. 2. The plant will operate at 100% through the 1st quarter and it is expected that production will be decreased during the 2nd quarter to match total sales. 3. ICG still working on repairing the Monroe lead and completion looks like mid-March. 3. Rehabilitation to main line between Aberdeen and West Point is complete. The line looks good. El Dorado Transport 1. Volumes at 17% over normal. 2. Had a product mix at Monroe by David Ray. Discipline letter sent separately to you. 3. Product shortages at Shreveport causing some accounts to be temporarily handled by El Dorado. Mobile Transport 1. Volumes up 8% over normal. 2. Loading rack at Triangle (Mobile) is converted to bottom loading and is in use. 3. We lost Hattiesburg as a regular account I don't think that this will have much of an effect as these volumes were low. Aberdeen Transport 1. Volumes at 47% over normal and revenue at 70% over normal due to export shipments. 2. We can expect March and April to continue high levels of activity due to exports. 3. We continue to rent two power units and four van trailers. 4. Aberdeen has now completed six end frames and major repairs are completed for 1981. 5. Richard Moreland retired effective 3/1/81.
