Dr- V. B. Hutchinson* Willard Storage Battery Company, 46 E. 151st Street, Cleveland, Ohio.
Dear Dr. Hutchinson:
I am sending you herewith a report of analyses made on samples of hlood and urine from your patient, Wade Lucia. The lead content of the hlood is well above normal limits and is com patible with the diagnosis of lead intoxication. The lead concentration in the urine is abnormal, but only slightly so. However, it is in essential agreement with the results on the blood and it justifies the conclusion that this man has had recent significant, but hot very intense, lead exposure.
I should expect any lead intoxication to be mild that occurred as a consequence of lead exposure of the severity indicated by these results.
I am sending along a bill to cover the cost of our services.
* Cordially yours,
