Cincinnati, Ohio
Dear Dr. Kehoe:
We are indeed grateful to you for your
letter of April 16th in regard to your contact with the case of
We have suggested to Mr. HmmiHP that he call to see you at his earliest convenience with
reference to obtaining medical evidence of continued disability from the old occupational disease contract ed in 1933.
The Industrial Commission of Ohio has ad vised us that this claimant was paid compensation to January 31, 1934, in the amount of $693.75 at the maximum rate of $18.75 per week, and that there is no medical proof of any disability beyond that date. Inasmuch as the Commission did recognize his claim, Kb. OD 10134, and made payments thereon, the only question to be determined at this time would be whether or not he is at present disabled as the result of this old disease, and if you can determine this issue in his favor, we suggest that you send through a supplemental physician's report to the Commission bearing the name and claim number above referred to.
Your continued cooperation will be appreciated.
