It will be really helpful and by that time we will have our entire team in place. That involves one of our deputy general counsels at EPA, David Fotouhi, which we recruited from Gibson Dunn who has a lot of experience with RCRA and CERCLA representing clients, Byron Brown, me and a new member of that team, Albert "Kell" Kelly who is an attorney but has a finance and banking background from Oklahoma where he was also highly active in a number of community and political activities.
