Gentlemen: Attached hereto is a draft of a proposed program for subject briefing in the MCA Conference Room on April 2. Please respond promptly with recommended additions or'deletions and with your suggestions for the make-up of each panel. Also identify any specific data that you wish to have incorporated in the panel discussions. At the suggestion of a number of industry represen tatives, a planning session will be held on Monday evening, April 1 (the evening before the EPA briefing) to complete plans for the presentations. This is scheduled for 7:30 PM, in the small MCA conference room (Room 407, directly across from the elevators). At this hour, the Connecticut Avenue entrance will be closed, and you are asked to use the Florida Avenue door; the building guard will require that you sign the afterhours registry. Please indicate to me, by phone or letter, who will be attending the meeting for your company, and whether or not he will participate in the planning session. Because of space limitations, each company is asked to limit its representation to one man.
