They have reviewed with these people our intentions to use sanitary land fills for disposal of solid material contaminated with Inerteen. After reviewing this problem we were advised that they would not permit us to use sanitary land fills. . Their reluctance was based on: 1) their lack of knowledge of the problem; 2) their inability to test areas around land fills to determine content of PCB in the area. The local representative has contacted his superior at Harrisburg and has been advised that his decision not to approve use of land fills was correct. His superior at Harrisburg advised that he would like to get more information on the subject. .' Therefore, will you please get in touch with Mr. F. Glade Loughry.
